Serving Tray, Dark Frame
A wide field of figured hardwood inside a dark mitered frame, with cast handles at both ends.
The center is one continuous run of grain, no glue line through it. That means the board it came out of was wide enough to give up a whole tray, which is getting harder to find. I let it stay the loudest thing here and kept the frame plain so nothing argues with it.
Two shots — flat on the counter, and stood up so you can see the handles and how deep the frame sits.
